He also revealed that the number of employees in the Xiaomi Auto Factory is less than 1,300, thanks to the high degree of automation in the factory. The factory's core processes are all automated, with more than 700 robots serving the production line. Once fully put into production, a new car will roll off the production line every 76 seconds.
