German court again bans NIO from using ES+ digital trademark to sell electric vehicles

The Higher Regional Court of Munich, Germany, recently made a second-instance ruling, continuing to prohibit NIO from using the ES+ digital trademark to sell electric vehicles in Germany. The legal dispute originated in June 2022, when Audi sued NIO ES6 and ES8 for infringing the trademark rights of Audi S series cars.
