Sinlink Integrated's 8-inch SiC production line is expected to be put into production this year

In its latest performance report, Xinlian Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. disclosed that it expects to build the first 8-inch SiC MOSFET experimental line in China within 2024. At present, its 6-inch SiC MOSFET production line has achieved large-scale mass production, with a monthly production capacity of more than 5,000 pieces, achieving "the largest scale shipment in China".
