According to the Liberation Daily, Tesla's energy storage super factory in Shanghai is about to be completed and is expected to be completed by the end of the year, which may exceed the construction speed of its vehicle super factory, which can be completed from start to finish in just 7 months. This is another large investment project of Tesla in China after the super factory. The factory is scheduled to start production in the first quarter of 2025, with an annual output of 10,000 commercial energy storage batteries and an energy storage scale of nearly 40GWh, and the products will be supplied to the global market.
