Huahai Qingke plans to acquire the remaining shares of Xinyi Semiconductor

Huahai Qingke announced that it will use no more than 1.005 billion yuan of its own funds to acquire the remaining 82% equity of its subsidiary Xinyu Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transaction, Xinyu will become a subsidiary of Huahai Qingke.
