Samsung plans to mass-produce seventh-generation DRAM by 2026

Samsung announced in March this year that it plans to achieve mass production of the seventh-generation DRAM by 2026. As for its predecessor, the sixth-generation (1c) DRAM, it is planned to achieve mass production in 2025. Therefore, this seventh-generation test line is being carried out in parallel with the preparations for the mass production of the sixth-generation DRAM.
