Zhixin Technology launches new silicon carbide module to improve the range of new energy vehicles

Zhixin Technology has recently successfully developed a new type of silicon carbide module, which uses nano-silver sintering technology and copper bonding technology, which increases the thermal resistance by more than 10% compared with traditional processes and can reach an operating temperature of 175°C. In addition, the loss of this module is reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional IGBT modules, thereby increasing the vehicle's cruising range by 5%-8%.
