Rohm lowers its silicon carbide revenue forecast

Rohm released its fourth quarter financial report for fiscal year 2023, lowering its expected revenue target for silicon carbide. The company's 2025 silicon carbide revenue target was reduced from 130 billion yen to 110 billion yen, and the 2027 target was reduced from 270 billion yen to 220 billion yen. The company has obtained design orders from many customers and will launch silicon carbide modules.
