Xiaomi's smart factory plans to be fully operational by the end of 2024

Xiaomi Group leaders revealed at the symposium that the first production line of Xiaomi's smart factory has been installed and debugged, and it is planned to put all production lines into operation by the end of 2024. After all production lines are put into operation, the annual production capacity is expected to reach 10 million smartphones. The first phase of Xiaomi's smart factory was completed in Yizhuang, Beijing at the end of 2019. The second phase is located in Changping, Beijing. The main structure was capped in February 2023, and the scale is 10 times larger than the first phase. The second phase of the factory will implement the second-generation mobile phone intelligent production line including SMT patch, board testing, assembly, whole machine testing, and finished product packaging, with an output value of approximately 60 billion yuan.
