Visionox plans to purchase Hefei Visionox shares by issuing shares and paying cash

Visionox plans to purchase 40.91% of the equity of Hefei Visionox by issuing shares and paying cash to Heping Company, Xinping Fund and Xingrong Company. This part of the equity involves the 5.96 billion yuan registered capital paid by Heping Company, Xinping Fund and Xingrong Company, as well as the 3.04 billion yuan registered capital that has not yet been paid by Xingrong Company.
