Visionox announces plans to acquire 40.91% of Hefei Visionox

On December 24, Visionox announced plans to acquire 40.91% of the equity of Hefei Visionox. The transaction is divided into two parts: issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets, and raising supporting funds. Visionox said that whether the supporting funds can be successfully raised or whether they are sufficient will not affect the transaction.
