GAC Capital successfully held the 58th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors

On December 24, GAC Capital successfully held the 58th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors. The meeting was chaired by Yu Jun, Chairman of GAC Capital, and attended by Liang Weiqiang, Xi Zhongmin, Liu Jiaming, Chen Jianhui, and Huang Zhuo, Directors of GAC Capital. The meeting mainly reviewed the follow-up of the instructions of the local Board of Directors in mid-2024, and listened to the "Report on the Completion of Operational Work in 2024". In addition, the meeting also reviewed and passed the "Proposal on the Arrangement of the Operational Work Plan for 2025".
