Xpeng Motors and Guangdong Huitian signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop flying cars

Xpeng Motors announced that it has signed a cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Huitian, and the two parties will cooperate in the research and development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of flying cars. Xpeng Motors will provide research and development services, technical consulting services and sales agency services to Guangdong Huitian. Guangdong Huitian focuses on the research and development of flying cars and is controlled by He Xiaopeng, the controlling shareholder of Xpeng Motors. Guangdong Xiaopeng, a subsidiary of Xpeng Motors, is mainly responsible for design and technology development. Flying cars consist of two parts: the land body and the flying body. Guangdong Xiaopeng is responsible for the manufacturing of the land body and the final assembly of the flying car. It is expected that the flying car will be mass-produced in the fourth quarter of 2025.
