Hantian Tiancheng's third plant adds 800,000 pieces of SiC production capacity

Hantian Tiancheng plans to add 800,000 pieces of SiC production capacity in the third plant. This project is a new project, including the purchase of 135 SiC epitaxial furnaces and other equipment. It is located in Xiang'an District, Xiamen City, with a total investment of 2.315 billion yuan, a total land area of ​​67,700 m2, and a construction period of 3 months. The Phase 1 plant of the project is scheduled to complete the production line construction in March 2024, the Phase 2 plant will complete the main building construction in April 2024, and the Phase 3 production room will complete the main building construction in June 2025.
