Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi Motors sign memorandum of understanding to explore possible business integration

Nissan, Honda and Mitsubishi Motors have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the possibility of Mitsubishi Motors' participation, business integration and synergy. The three companies will continue to conduct in-depth discussions based on the memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation in electrification and intelligentization signed by Nissan and Honda on August 1.
