Polestar completes merger with Gores Guggenheim and lists on Nasdaq

On June 24, 2022, Polestar and special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Gores Guggenheim announced the completion of the corporate merger and officially landed on Nasdaq. Polestar is a global high-performance electric vehicle brand jointly owned by Volvo Car Group and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.
