NDRC and MOFCOM encourage foreign investment in hydrogen energy industry

The "Catalogue of Industries Encouraged for Foreign Investment (Draft for Public Comments)" recently released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce shows that the hydrogen energy industry is encouraged as an industry for foreign investment. This catalogue includes the national catalogue of industries encouraged for foreign investment and the catalogue of advantageous industries for foreign investment in the central and western regions, covering many aspects of hydrogen energy, including hydrogen energy storage and hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing.
