NavInfo announced that Beijing Yitang Xincheng Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) has become its largest shareholder, holding 6.22% of the shares. After this equity change, Beijing Yizhuang International Investment Development Co., Ltd. will control 9.58% of the voting rights of NavInfo's shares.
