Navitas Semiconductor and Virtual Forest Collaborate to Develop Solar-Powered Irrigation Pumps

Navitas Semiconductor has partnered with Indian company Virtual Forest to develop a solar irrigation pump based on GaN technology. The pump has zero emissions, a power of up to 3 horsepower (2250W), and can save 3-5 times the energy consumption compared to traditional silicon IGBTs.
