According to the decision of China FAW, from December 25, 2024, Comrade Pan Zhanfu will no longer serve as the director, party secretary and general manager of FAW-Volkswagen, and will be transferred back to work at China FAW. At the same time, Comrade Chen Bin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd., will concurrently serve as the party secretary and general manager of FAW-Volkswagen. In addition, Comrade Nie Qiang will no longer serve as the deputy general manager (business) of FAW-Volkswagen and the general manager and party secretary of the sales company, and will be replaced by Comrade Wu Yingkai.
