FAW Toyota starts system reform to promote production and sales integration

As early as 2020, FAW Toyota launched a system reform, making Tianjin FAW Toyota the umbrella company of the FAW Toyota system and incorporating other vehicle and engine companies as wholly-owned subsidiaries. FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd., which is responsible for sales, also reports to Tianjin FAW Toyota in terms of business. FAW Toyota is promoting the transition from separation of production and sales to integration of production, sales and research, and is exploring the possibility of moving the sales headquarters to Tianjin, where the company's headquarters is located.
