Jiarui International's subsidiary plans to sell 40% of its stake in Jiamei New Materials Technology (Yulin) for RMB 10 million

Jiarui International announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Jiayi Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. has signed an equity transfer agreement with Jiaxian Zhongtuo Huixin Technology Co., Ltd. on December 23, 2024. Pursuant to this agreement, Jiayi Technology agreed to sell its 40% equity interest in the target company Jiamei New Materials Technology (Yulin) Co., Ltd. for a total cash consideration of RMB 10 million.
