Tianneng shares plans to raise 3.595 billion yuan

According to the prospectus disclosed by Tianneng Power on January 11, 2021, the company plans to raise 3.595 billion yuan, which will be used for green intelligent manufacturing technical transformation projects, high-energy power lithium battery cells and PACK projects, large-capacity and high-reliability start-stop battery construction projects, comprehensive digital support platform construction projects, national-level technology center innovation capacity improvement projects, and to supplement working capital.
