BYD Electronics acquires Jabil Singapore

BYD Electronics announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Jabil Singapore's product manufacturing business for approximately RMB 15.8 billion. The acquisition will help BYD Electronics expand its customer and product range and enhance its competitiveness in the smartphone component market.
