Jingjin Electric's 800V SiC controller passes mass production review

Jingjin Electric's 800V high-voltage SiC controller has passed the mass production audit of a large European commercial vehicle group. The controller is independently developed, with a peak power of 300kW to 800kW and a maximum efficiency of 99.6%. Compared with silicon-based controllers, the energy saving rate is 3%-6%, and it has the advantages of high functional safety level, free towing, and downhill safety.
