Jiarui International plans to participate in new projects to enhance product competitiveness

Jiarui International Group intends to participate in a new project through the Target Company, which involves the production of 50,000 tons of new magnesium alloy materials and 10 million new lightweight parts for automobiles. In order to achieve this goal, the Group may need to introduce suppliers and new production processes through cooperation with Mr. Zhang's industry contacts. Currently, Jiarui International Group is negotiating with relevant parties on the terms of these new investments, but no binding agreement has been reached yet.
