According to Business Insider, Tesla's Austin Gigafactory is responsible for the production of Cybertruck and Model Y, as well as the development of next-generation vehicles. The factory's production hours have been shortened from 12-hour shifts to 11 hours during the day and 10.5 hours at night, a change that took effect on Monday. However, workers at Tesla's other factories in Sparks, Nevada and Fremont, California said they are still working 12-hour shifts, and it is unclear whether Tesla will implement the new schedule on other production lines or other factories.
