HBM price negotiation will be advanced to the second quarter, with a price increase of 5-10%

TrendForce's research shows that negotiations for next year's HBM have already begun in the second quarter, but due to limited total DRAM production capacity, in order to avoid capacity squeeze, suppliers have initially raised prices by 5~10%, including HBM2e, HBM3 and HBM3e.
