At the beginning of 2023, Dry Crystal Semiconductor announced the completion of Pre-A round financing of 100 million yuan, led by Yuanhe Origin, followed by Zijingang Capital and other institutions. Financing funds will be used for technological innovation and mass production of the company's SiC substrates.
