Nvidia graphics chips are expensive and in short supply

Nvidia's H100 graphics chip is the gold standard for training AI models, but it is expensive and in short supply. Meta plans to purchase 350,000 H100 chips by the end of this year to support its AI research efforts. Even with bulk purchase discounts, this could amount to billions of dollars.
