Keyou Semiconductor's breakthrough in 8-inch silicon carbide

In December 2022, Keyou Semiconductor produced silicon carbide single crystals with a diameter of more than 8 inches through a resistance crystal growth furnace designed and manufactured independently, joining the ranks of 8-inch silicon carbide for the first time. Subsequently, the 8-inch SiC pilot line was officially put into operation in April 2023, and the first batch of self-produced 8-inch silicon carbide substrates was successfully rolled off the production line in September of the same year.
