A consortium led by CATL signed an agreement with Bolivian National Lithium Corporation

The CATL-led consortium (CBC) and the Bolivian National Lithium Company (YLB) have officially signed an agreement to build a pilot plant. According to the agreement, CBC will develop lithium resources in the salt lakes of Uyuni and Oruro and build two lithium extraction plants to increase the annual production capacity of lithium carbonate to 50,000 tons.
