US sanctions Chinese infrared sensor chip companies

The U.S. Treasury Department recently updated the SDN list and added sanctions on several Chinese entities, including two domestic infrared sensor chip companies, Gaoxin Technology and Arrow Optoelectronics. This means that the top three infrared sensor chip companies in China are all included in the U.S. sanctions list.
