Star Semiconductor's operating income in 2023 will reach 3.663 billion, and SiC MOS modules have been put into mass production

In its 2023 performance report, Star Semiconductor showed that the company achieved operating income of 3.663 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.39%. Net profit was about 911 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.36%. Among them, the operating income of the industrial control and power supply industry was 127,934.16 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.64%; the operating income of the new energy industry was 215,634.91 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.09%; the operating income of the variable frequency white household appliances and other industries was 20,274.42 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 69.48%. The company's IGBT module sales revenue accounted for the highest proportion, reaching 91.55%. In the new energy vehicle market, Star Semiconductor's IGBT modules continue to increase in volume, supporting more than 2 million sets of new energy vehicle main motor controllers. In addition, Star Semiconductor has begun mass production and sales of 800V system main motor controllers using independent automotive-grade SiC MOSFET modules.
