Keyou Semiconductor cooperates with Russia's N company to develop 8-inch silicon carbide seed crystals

Keyou Semiconductor has reached a cooperation agreement with Russia's N Company to jointly carry out the "Eight-inch Silicon Carbide Perfect Seed Crystal" project. The two parties will obtain high-quality seed crystals through cooperative research and development to improve the quality and yield of silicon carbide crystals and promote the optimization and upgrading of related technologies.
