Nanjing Public Utilities Ganfeng Recycling is a joint venture established by Nanjing Public Utilities Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Ganfeng Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ganfeng Recycling") and Nanjing Environment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Environment Group").
