ROHM ranks first in Japan's silicon carbide semiconductor market share

Rohm ranks first in Japan's silicon carbide semiconductor market and fifth in the world. The company is a world leader in silicon carbide wafer manufacturing technology. In order to strengthen its position in the silicon carbide field, Rohm established a new silicon carbide factory in Kunitomi Town, Miyazaki Prefecture in 2024.
