Ganfeng Lithium acquires 60% stake in Inner Mongolia Anda for RMB 1

Ganfeng Lithium announced that it has signed an equity transfer agreement with Anda Technology to acquire 60% of the equity of Inner Mongolia Anda held by Anda Technology for RMB 1. After this transaction, Ganfeng Lithium will wholly own Inner Mongolia Anda.
