Chery Holding Group added Hefei Guoxuan as a shareholder, increasing its shareholding ratio to 2.77%

Recently, Chery Holding Group added Hefei Guoxuan High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. as a shareholder in the industrial and commercial changes, with a shareholding ratio of 1.95%. It is worth noting that Hefei Guoxuan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guoxuan High-tech. Prior to this, Hefei Guoxuan had indirectly held 0.82% of the shares of Chery Holding Group through Wuhu Kingsman Enterprise Management Partnership. After this increase, Hefei Guoxuan holds a total of 2.77% of the shares of Chery Holding Group. At present, Chery Holding Group is the only vehicle manufacturer in which Guoxuan High-tech has invested.
