Nanjing Automobile Group Jiangbei New District Base Battery Project Started

On January 21, Nanjing Automobile Group (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing Automobile) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the battery and new energy power technology factory project in Jiangbei New District. Nanjing Mayor Chen Zhichang, SAIC Group Vice President Wu Bing, and leaders from Nanjing and Jiangbei New District attended the event. The project aims to enhance Nanjing Automobile's competitiveness in the field of new energy vehicles. After the completion of the first phase of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 240,000 sets of power batteries.
