Toyota Motor and China Minmetals Corporation cooperate in battery recycling business

Toyota Motor announced on April 8 that it had reached a strategic cooperation with China Minmetals Corporation and established a joint venture with several subsidiaries of China Minmetals Corporation and Meiwa Industry (Shanghai) to carry out battery recycling business in China. This move marks Toyota Motor's official entry into the field of power battery recycling.
