Polestar Automotive announces recall of 1,867 domestically produced Polestar 4 pure electric vehicles

Polestar Automotive Sales Co., Ltd. announced that it will recall 1,867 2023-2024 domestic Polestar 4 pure electric vehicles from today. The recall is due to a software problem in the brake controller that may cause the brake function to fail, posing a safety hazard. Polestar will use OTA technology or contact users for free software upgrades to eliminate safety hazards.
