NIO showcases its self-developed 1200V silicon carbide power module

NIO showcased its self-developed 1200V silicon carbide power module at the Beijing Auto Show. NIO's executive flagship model ET9 is equipped with a 900V silicon carbide electric drive platform and uses NIO's self-developed 1200V SiC power module. NIO's self-developed SiC module C sample has rolled off the production line, marking the further improvement of the maturity of NIO's self-developed SiC module and a step closer to mass production.
