Afatech's SiC orders account for 80%, and its revenue will increase by 150%

In the first half of 2023, ULVAC achieved sales of 120.2 billion yen (about 5.77 billion yuan), of which 80% of orders came from SiC business. ULVAC plans to focus its growth on 8-inch SiC equipment, and expects SiC revenue to increase to 1.5 times that of fiscal 2022 in fiscal 2025.
