The second phase expansion project of silicon carbide wafers of Tianke Heda has made new progress. The total investment of the project is RMB 830 million, and the total construction area reaches 49,000 square meters. At present, the main construction of the project has been completed, and the internal and external assembly construction is underway. It is expected that after completion in August, the goal of producing 160,000 silicon carbide substrates per year will be achieved.
