Shanghai Silicon Industry's 300mm semiconductor silicon wafer production capacity is expected to reach 450,000 pieces/month by the end of the year

The production capacity of 300mm semiconductor silicon wafers produced by Shanghai Xinsheng, a subsidiary of Shanghai Silicon Industry, is expected to increase to 450,000 pieces per month by the end of 2023. At present, Shanghai's new 300mm semiconductor wafer production capacity has reached 370,000 pieces/month.
