TSMC's market share exceeds 60%, benefiting from the high-priced 3nm process

TSMC's global market share exceeded 60% in the fourth quarter of 2023, mainly due to the contribution of its 3nm high-priced process. TSMC's revenue reached US$19.66 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14%, of which the revenue share of processes below 7nm (inclusive) increased from 59% in the third quarter to 67% in the fourth quarter.
