Valeo's high-voltage drive business mainly comes from VSeA, the former Valeo Siemens New Energy Vehicle joint venture, which will be included in the consolidated financial statements in the second half of 2022. Its product group has a high degree of overlap with many multinational giants such as Bosch, BorgWarner, ZF, Aisin, Vitesco Technologies and Schaeffler: all-in-one electric drive systems, motors, 800SiC inverters, DC/DC converters and online chargers, etc.
