Micron Technology has announced that it has begun mass production of high-frequency memory HBM3E. This new type of memory will be used in Nvidia's latest AI chip H200 Tensor Core graphics processor (GPU). The H200 is scheduled to be shipped in the second quarter of 2024 and is intended to replace the current most powerful H100.
