Tianke Heda launched the renovation project of the epitaxial workshop of the R&D center of the silicon carbide substrate industrialization base, with an estimated investment of 25.5 million yuan. During the Spring Festival, Tianke Heda's silicon carbide substrate project made progress. The second phase of the project has a total investment of 830 million yuan and is scheduled to be officially put into production in August. After reaching full production, it will produce 160,000 silicon carbide substrates annually.
